We hope that you love your new purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, then we are happy to refund your order provided it is back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
The product must be returned with all tags attached, in new, unused and unworn condition and in the original packaging. Please note that it is company policy to return goods to the customer if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.
We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
